حذف حساب الطالب
ينطبق هذا على حسابك في كورسات خزانة (موقع khazana.app وتطبيق «خزانة للطلاب» على أندرويد).
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل حسابك
- سجّل الدخول من التطبيق أو من khazana.app/account.
- افتح الإعدادات (أيقونة الترس في التطبيق، أو تبويب «الإعدادات» في الموقع).
- في بطاقة «حذف الحساب» اكتب كلمة المرور، ثم اضغط «حذف حسابي» وأكّد.
الطريقة الثانية: اطلب الحذف منّا
إن لم تستطع الدخول إلى حسابك، فراسلنا عبر واتساب على +201000929226 من رقمك، واذكر البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل به الحساب. نحذفه خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد التأكد من أنه حسابك.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور (المحفوظة مشفّرة).
- الكورسات المسجّلة على الحساب، والتقدّم في الدروس، وتقييماتك للكورسات.
- أجهزة التطبيق المسجّلة لاستقبال الإشعارات، وجلسات الدخول.
يتم الحذف فورًا ونهائيًا، ولا يمكن استرجاع الحساب بعده.
ما الذي نحتفظ به؟
سجلّات الطلبات المدفوعة (رقم الطلب والمبلغ وتاريخه والبريد المستخدم في الدفع) نحتفظ بها مدة لا تتجاوز 5 سنوات، لأن القوانين المحاسبية والضريبية تلزمنا بذلك، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر. بيانات البطاقات لا نحفظها أصلًا، فهي لدى مزوّدي الدفع.
Delete your student account
For your Khazana courses account (khazana.app and the “Khazana Learn” Android app), by ALMUZDAHIR Consulting & Training.
In the app or on the site
- Sign in in the app or at khazana.app/account.
- Open Settings (the gear icon in the app).
- In Delete account, enter your password, tap Delete my account and confirm.
By request
If you cannot sign in, message us on WhatsApp at +201000929226 with the account’s email. We delete it within 7 business days after confirming it is yours.
What is deleted
Your name, email, phone and password (stored hashed); your course enrolments, lesson progress and course reviews; your app devices used for notifications, and your sign-in sessions. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
What is kept
Paid order records (order number, amount, date and the email used to pay) are kept for up to 5 years for accounting and tax law, and for nothing else. We never store card details; payment providers handle them.
